11/29/2011, 2:39 PM	Please pray for Sister Kim Blackadar and her family in the loss of her father, James Sparks, and for Sister Donna Garner and her family in the loss of her mother, Sophie Burnett Calvert. Mr Sparks lived in Plant City, FL, and Mrs Calvert lived in Simpsonville, SC. Mr. Sparks' funeral will be this coming Thursday, and Mrs Calvert's will be this Wednesday.

David McKenzie’s mother passed away early this morning at Piedmont Hospital in Atlanta.The funeral will be held at Castlelaw Funeral Home in Smyrna, GA, on Sunday, October 9th, at 3pm. Family will receive friends from 1-3pm on the day of the funeral only.The family has requested donations be made to White Oak Springs Baptist Church, Dallas, GA 30132, in lieu of flowers.Please pray for the McKenzie family and other family and friends during this time.

5/17/2011, 2:41 PM	No bus meeting or visitation or door-to-door visitation on Saturday 5/21/2011. Please pray for Homecoming service on 5/22/2011. There will be only one service on that day at 11AM. Also, there will be no bus service on that day.

4/29/2011, 6:34 PM	Bro. Eddie is healing nicely, and received good reports at his last doctor's exam. Bro. Bill Nalley, at first feared to have had a heart attack, is doing better, also. It turned out to be a couple of ulcers, one in his esophasus, and the other in his stomach. Please do continue to pray for their full recovery.
4/19/2011, 11:58 PM	Bro. Eddie had an examination yesterday at Cobb General. The doctors put him on two antibiotics to keep him from getting infection in the site on his leg where they harvested skin for the grafts. Please do keep him in prayers that he'll not get infection.
4/19/2011, 11:55 PM	Bro. Bill Nalley was rushed to Douglasville Hospital this afternoon. He was having severe chest pains. He has been admitted into the hospital, and tests are being done to see if he's had a heart attack. Please do keep him in prayer. They may do a heart catheterization tomorrow morning.
4/14/2011, 8:40 AM	Bro. Eddie came home last night. He is in alot of pain, and still in need of your prayers. He has a an evaluation next Thursday at Cobb General. Once again, he thanks everyone for their prayers and meals they have sent his way.
4/11/2011, 6:42 PM	Bro. Eddie had skin graft surgery this morning in Augusta. It turned out that some of the burns on his right arm were third-degree in nature. If all goes well, he'll be coming home on Wednesday morning. Please do keep him in prayer. He is not allowed visitors for at least two weeks when he comes home. He sends thanks and love to all who have supplied meals and prayers.
4/5/2011, 3:23 PM	Yesterday, Eddie went to Cobb General Hospital for an exam, and it appears that he may need skin graft surgery on Monday, April 11th in Augusta. Final determination will be made at 10am Monday in Augusta. Please pray that he will not need skin graft surgery. If he does require surgery, he'll be hospitalized for 1-3 days. All other burn sites are healing well.
4/2/2011, 5:15 PM	Eddie is now home from the burn center in Augusta. Due to the risk of infection, he is not allowed to have visitors for a few weeks. He will have an exam in 7-10 days to determine if he'll need a skin graft on one of his arms. For those who are making meals for him, he is on a high protein diet. Meals may be dropped off at Sis. Dianne's house. She lives right across the road from Bro. Eddie. Please pray that he will remain infection free, and that he will not have to have a skin graft.
4/1/2011, 3:27 PM	Bro. Eddie is scheduled to be released from the Augusta burn center on Saturday, 4/2/2011. Today, they worked on removing burned tissue from his right arm for around two hours, which raised his pain level considerably. Please continue to pray for him.
3/30/2011, 9:17 PM	Shalis' mom is still in considerable pain, but the prognosis is good for her recovery. She is still in need of your prayers.
3/30/2011	Bro. Eddie is to remain in the burn center in Augusta until at least this Saturday. The doctors must get his pain level down before he can be released. Please continue to pray for him.
3/28/2011	Bro. Eddie had successful surgery this morning in Augusta. The surgeons indicated that he had second-degree burns over 15% of his upper body. The burns on his right arm were consided deep second-degree, which may require skin grafts. They will examine him again in around 2 weeks in order to make that determination. He will remain in the hospital under they can get his pain level reduced, possibly another day or two. Please continue to pray for him.
3/26/2011	Please pray for Bro. Eddie Ellison, who was seriously burned at his home today in a brush fire accident. He has been transferred by ambulance to a burn center in Augusta, GA. From what we've been told, he has 2nd degree burns of the head, neck, chest, and back. More details will be posted as we learn them.
3/26/2011	Please pray for Sis. Shalis' mother, who is having bad stomach pains. This is a problem from a previous surgery. They have done a CT scan, but no results are known as yet. She is in bad pain. We will update when results are made available.
1/14/2011	We are having Reformers Unanimous tonight at 7pm. There MAY be some ice at the base of White Oak Church Road. If so, go east on Buchanan Hwy to James Wix Road, turn right, and at the end of the road turn right onto White Oak Church Road, and follow to the church.
